How long does setup actually take?

Most venues are live in 15–25 minutes. The booth ships pre-configured to your brand; the only on-site steps are unbox, plug in, connect to Wi-Fi, and scan the QR to claim it.

What's included in the monthly fee?

The booth (an 11" iPad in a stand), 5 custom branded borders, monthly data + analytics delivery, 24/7 booth access, unlimited contacts and media, native CRM sync, on-call support, and free shipping both directions if you cancel. Same package across all three commitment tiers.

What do my customers actually get?

A branded photo, sized for social. They take the shot, drop their email or phone to receive it, and pick which platform they want to post it to. No paper prints — the deliverable is a high-resolution image optimized for Instagram, TikTok, or text-message-to-friends. The branded frame and your hashtag travel with the photo wherever it goes.

What about guests who don't want to share their email?

Phone number is the alternative. The booth requires one or the other to deliver the photo — that's the trade. About 92% of guests opt in. The 8% who don't tend to leave without taking a shot, which is fine; the booth is for the engaged crowd.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. Month-to-month, cancel any time, pay for the month you're in. We send a return label, you ship the booth back. The contact list and analytics are yours to keep.

Do you handle the legal side of customer photos?

Yes. Customers consent to capture and share at the booth itself. We're the data processor on your behalf and provide a DPA so your privacy policy stays clean. Photos are deleted on a rolling 90-day window unless you change the setting.
