Terms of service

Draft — replace before launch. This skeleton is a placeholder. Have a lawyer draft the real terms — BoothFunnel handles customer PII on behalf of venues, so an off-the-shelf template won't cover the data-processing relationship.

1. Agreement

By signing up for BoothFunnel you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't sign up. [Replace with real binding language.]

2. The service

BoothFunnel provides photobooth hardware on a monthly rental basis, the operator software that runs on it, and a dashboard for analytics. [Add: hardware ownership, replacement policy, supported uses, prohibited uses.]

3. Fees and billing

Plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Cancellation is effective at the end of the billing period. [Add: refund policy, dispute process, late payment, suspension.]

4. Hardware

The booth remains the property of BoothFunnel. You agree to return it on cancellation using the prepaid label we send. [Add: damage policy, loss policy, allowed modifications.]

5. Customer data

Photos taken at your booth are processed by us on your behalf. The DPA covers this in detail. [Add: who controls the data, retention, deletion on request, breach notification.]

6. Liability

[Add limitation of liability, indemnification clauses appropriate to your jurisdiction.]

7. Changes

We may update these terms with 30 days' notice. [Add: notification mechanism, what counts as acceptance.]
